Shipping is extra and will be calculated based upon your zip code and weight of the package. (There is a minimum of a $3 charge for shipping. Most stamps have been used, but are in like new condition. Some photopolymer stamps may have light staining. If there is any heavy staining, I will make note of it. Staining does not affect the performance of the stamp.
