Quick post tonight to share the kite I created for the Papertrey Ink CHA booth (time to get the little ones in bed). I used Up, Up, and Away to create my kite.
First, I cut the kite shape and the triangles out of aqua mist, simply chartreuse, berry sorbet, and lemon tart cardstock. Then, I randomly stamped the flower from Up, Up, and Away on my cardstock pieces using hawaiian shores, ripe avocado, pure poppy, and orange ink (I used a chalk ink, but don't have the ink pad handy right now). Then, I stamped my kites on white cardstock, die cut them in a circle, and colored them with copic markers. I sponged some spring rain ink around the edges of my circle and added my sentiment on foam adhesive. I finished off my kite with some ribbons and buttons.
All the stamps and spacers/bead caps that were paid for by early afternoon today were shipped out today. Thanks again for your purchase! Lots more left if you haven't taken a peek at the stamp sale page or supply sale page. Have a great day!
