Yay! I finally get to share the rest of the Papertrey Ink projects I have been working on. First up is this card I created with the new In Bloom stamp set. I absolutely love the flowers in this set. There's something so elegant about them and they are easy to color and easy to cut out when you want to add a little dimention to a card.
One of the questions I was asked in the blog candy comments was about trends. Nichole and Papertrey Ink are definitely right on top of the trends in stamping and card making. I was inspired by Nichole and senior design team to add a little fabric to some of my creations for this release. This card incorporates a piece of canvas. I love the texture and the frayed edges! I stitched the canvas to my pure poppy layer so I did not have to worry about using adhesive.

Cardstock: white, kraft, pure poppy(Papertrey Ink)
Ink: true black(Papertrey Ink), tuxedo black (Momento)
Tools: copic markers, sewing machine
Other: canvas
Niki this is just beautiful! I love the fabric "mat" and the frayed edges, really just a brilliant card. Anyone would be thrilled to get this and would consider them self a very lucky friend!

This card is beautiful! I couldn't wait to get this set - I ordered it last night and realized this morning that I forgot to order the buttons that I wanted! I'll have to wait till the stamping fairy brings me more money to get some more goodies ;o)

This is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! I Adore it so much. did you stamp on white and then color the whole thing in or just highlight some colored paper. its just stunning! i was so sad to miss the release last night, but SUPER happy to see all the DT's amazing creations!
